Better than Boss!!!! September 7, 2010 Author Pyle makes the same products as Boss... Sometimes cheaper and more easy to work with... Pyle gets the job done and looks just as good as Boss!!!!-)
Works... for now. August 16, 2010 P. Haird As with all things when you buy a brand you've never really heard before because it claims to provide double the functionality for half the price, you're taking a risk.
Now, this device has lots of functions, a majority of which are not explained in any way, anywhere.
So I contacted Pyle customer service via their website - they ignored me for the first 2 weeks.
I then sent them another email threatening to write a complaint to Amazon about them, and within 1 day I got a response (with incorrect and incomplete information, rudely written). So clearly they are not a company you can rely on in regards to warranty, or anything else of the nature. So in buying this device, after the first 30 days, assume you're back to the dark ages and this device is now permanently yours, love or hate it.
Because of the horrible customer service, you must assume the device is equally suspect as every little component may have been weakly soldered etc.
The device mostly works the way it should, and I probably would not have bought it given their horrible customer service, but as another posted said, for the price if it works for about half a year, it's probably okay.

The technical support at Pyle is horrible the picture quality is good, there is a way to by pass the "stop watch video" just look it up on line. Over all happy with the unit. Good luck on talking to technical support they do not know jack.

well i finally got this installed and to my surprise the touchscreen did not work which was the whole idea why i bought it. i want to know if i can get it replaced with the same one or a different one or a partial money return would also be nice but i have always been happy with amazon and there assistance but this made me think twice.
Not Perfect but Good Enough... March 26, 2010 M. Luque (Gye, Ecuador) I've installed it. it's not perfect but it is good enough for that kind of system the price is right even if it dies 6 months from now
