All elements of the AudioKit website (texts, interface, logo, graphic identity, code, trademarks) are the property of Archipel Audio SAS or used under licence. Any reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation, in whole or in part, without the prior written authorisation of Archipel Audio SAS is prohibited and would constitute an infringement.
Audio files processed by the user remain the exclusive property of the user. AudioKit claims no rights over user content. As audio processing takes place within the user's browser, files are not uploaded to or stored on Archipel Audio SAS's servers, unless otherwise indicated for specific features.
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the user has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to their data. These rights can be exercised by email at hello@audiokit.net.
AI Music Detector: the audio files submitted for analysis are deleted as soon as the analysis is complete and are never kept. AudioKit retains only anonymous numeric measures resulting from the analysis (a fingerprint of the file, levels and time fractions, the verdict) — with no link to a user account, no file name and no audio — for 12 months, in order to calibrate and improve detection. An optional, opt-in research corpus is provided for in the service but is not activated.
The website may use cookies and similar technologies (in particular for operation, audience measurement and, where applicable, technical identification for managing usage quotas). The user is informed and, where required by law, their consent is collected. Preferences can be managed from the website.
Archipel Audio SAS strives to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the information published on the website but cannot guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions. The website is provided "as is". The user is solely responsible for the use they make of the tools and the results obtained.
